Based on the biblical example of mentoring relationships like Moses-Joshua, Naomi-Ruth, and Paul-Timothy, the mentor room is a place where pastors and other leaders come to find a listening ear, a “brain to pick”, an understanding heart, and a supportive, loving, experienced coach to team up with. 

The Mentor Room is an online space where leaders meet in small groups of 3-5 persons with their mentor/coach.  Coaching sessions are for one hour.  The topics and issues discussed are determined by the needs of the mentorees and are held in confidence.  The questions on the application form will help us prepare to meet your needs.  You’ll get a response to your application in one week or less.
